Why Am I Not Good Enough For You? Poem By Levi Sap Nei Thang
In the shadows of my mind, I’m lost and confused,
Searching for answers, but I’m feeling used,
Every word I say, every move I make,
Seems like I’m just a pawn in your heartache.
Why am I not good enough for you?
I’ve given my all, but it’s never enough,
Tears fall like rain, my heart’s feeling rough,
Tell me, why am I not good enough for you?
I’ve tried to be the one who makes you smile,
But it seems like my efforts are futile,
I’m drowning in a sea of insecurities,
Wondering why you can’t see the real me.
I’ve built my world around your love,
But it’s crumbling down, like stars above,
I’m left here wondering what I did wrong,
To deserve this pain that’s been so long.
In the depths of my despair, I’ll find my way,
Though the wounds may heal, the scars will stay,
But I’ll rise above, stronger than before,
Knowing I deserve love and so much more.
Lost in shadows, whispers haunt my mind,
I searched for answers: Where did I go wrong?
Every moment I spent, I gave all I had,
But why am I not good enough for you?
Why am I not good enough for you?
A broken heart, my tears fall like morning dew,
In this sad symphony, I can’t help but feel blue,
Tell me, darling, what more must I do?
Behind closed doors, secrets lie unseen,
I tried to please you, but it’s all a mystic dream,
Tell me the truth, release my captive soul,
Why am I not good enough for you?
In the silence, I hear echoes of doubt,
Could it be my past that you can’t live without?
I’d give anything to unlock your guarded heart,
But secrets hold you back, tearing us apart.
I long to know the reasons buried deep inside,
Why you don’t believe love can still reside,
Behind these eyes, I hide the pain and fear,
Why am I not good enough for you?
As the melody fades, I’m left with this plea,
To find a way back to your heart, can’t you see?
For in this secretive tone, my love remains,
Lost, wondering why I’m not enough, chained.
