What if
Poem by Levi Sap Nei Thang
In the depths of night, under moon’s gentle glow
Two souls awaits whispers low.
Entwined inken conversation,
Could have painted dreams in vibrant hues of creation.
But alas, the silence hung heavy in the air,
The chance slipped by, lost without a care.
Words left unsaid, secrets locked away,
A missed connection, an uncharted pathway.
Oh, what wonders we could have done,
Discovering new worlds beneath the sun.
But destiny, unkind, did not bring us together,
Leaving us with “what ifs” that haunt forever.
So let us learn from this uncharted past,
To seize the moments that come and won’t last.
Speak words of truth, with passion and grace,
For who knows when life’s tapestry may erase.
