Love Beyond Rings Poem by Levi Sap Nei Thang
In the depths of twilight, hearts entwined,
Two souls dance, connection so divine.
A ring, a symbol, adorning our hands,
Unveiling a story, where passion expands.
You, a ring on your index, shining bright,
A simple gold-crafted, a pure delight.
A whisper of elegance, a touch of grace,
Reflecting the beauty in your embrace.
And I, a ring on my finger, bold and grand,
A pearl, exquisite, encircled by a diamond band.
A treasure gleaming, a love enshrined,
An eternal promise, forever aligned.
Yet, fate’s design delivers a cruel jest,
Our rings don’t fit, they won’t impress.
But oh, if only we could trade,
Symbols of love, in a serenade.
Your fingers, delicate, a gentle bloom,
Mine, larger, reaching for love’s full moon.
You speak of beauty, humble and kind,
And my heart, enamored, begins to unwind.
For in this moment, we find solace dear,
That true love transcends the rings we wear.
It’s the connection we share, beyond mere touch,
That stirs our souls, igniting flames as such.
So let us rejoice in this cosmic chance,
Where our hearts harmonize, in an eternal dance.
For love knows no bounds, no tangible art,
It’s the essence within, that ignites our heart.
