A Cry for Justice Silent Battles of A Foreigner
Poem By Levi Sap Nei Thang
In the depths of solitude, I reside,
Embracing the whispers of cosmic tide.
A foreigner I am, but a citizen of this land,
Yet woven in my being, a spirit so grand.
They label me with words, a mark of distinction,
But I am boundless, beyond petty affliction.
For I am a constellation, an ember in the night,
A symphony of stardust, burning oh so bright.
Silent, I stand amidst the chatter’s roar,
For my power lies in the depth of my core.
Through venomous tongues, I rise above,
In regal poise, I triumph with love.
I’m the foreigner, the seeker of truth,
I dance to the rhythms of a celestial booth.
The universe chose me, a unique vessel,
To honor my differences, to be bold and meek.
So let them talk; their whispers are frail,
I walk this path where miracle prevails.
In silent strength, my soul shall prevail,
A foreigner, a monarch, beyond their tale.
